Greetings Voidpilots!
We're getting ready to launch our pledge manager next week, and if you're not familiar, we've created a quick YouTube video to show you how it works. As a part of the pledge manager launch, we're going to start with a smoke test, where randomly selected backers receive access to the pledge manager early (within the next two days) to make sure everything is set up correctly.
The pledge manager is a basically used to store everyone's pledge information. We're proud to be using BackerKit's industry-standard pledge manager!
You'll use it to confirm your pledge level, validate your rewards, add any add-ons you'd like to receive with your current pledge rewards, enter your shipping information, and make any outstanding payments.
If you're moving or planning a change of address, don't worry! You'll use the pledge manager to update your shipping information before we fulfill orders. We'll send out updates prior to major events so you know to make any necessary changes.
Note: your Kickstarter pledge did not include shipping. Because we are shipping next year, we will use the pledge manager to collect a separate shipping payment prior to fulfillment. We'll send out additional information as we get closer to that milestone. We're continuing to work to reduce shipping costs as much as we can.
You'll receive an email from Voidpilot's Legacy with a link to access the pledge manager. It will be sent to the email address that you used to pledge to the campaign on Kickstarter. We will send an update when we actually fully open the pledge manager so you know to expect the email.
As a part of the Pledge Manager, we are offering Late Pledges for the Voidpilot's Legacy campaign via BackerKit. A late pledge is any pledge made after the initial Kickstarter campaign ended. The late pledge on BackerKit will include the Kickstarter edition, Deluxe edition, and Ultra-Deluxe edition, with all of the same rewards offered during the Kickstarter campaign.
The Late Pledge page will open when we fully open the pledge manager.
When you receive the pledge manager invite link, you’ll be directed to your survey, which will look identical to the picture above. Be sure to fill out the correct shipping country and state/region before continuing.
If you would like to do so, you can switch your pledge level immediately by clicking the tiny blue "Switch your Pledge Level" link below the "Get Started" button, as pictured above.
Once you click the "Get Started" button, you will be asked a series of questions intended to make sure you understand how pledge fulfillment will work. Please make sure to read all of them entirely.
Once you've finished with the questions, if you selected add-ons from the Kickstarter site, you'll see a list of them. These add-ons are carried over from Kickstarter and should have been covered by your pledge (note, if they weren't, you'll pay for them at the confirmation screen).
Next, you'll be offered the ability to select additional add-ons for an additional fee. On this screen, you'll be able to see all of the items currently included in your current pledge, as well as the credit brought over from Kickstarter.
When making new add-ons, you can select the add-ons you want, change the quantity, or erase them. New add-ons will be shown separately from pledge level items and add-ons brought over from Kickstarter.
Once you’ve chosen all your add-ons, you will then move on to submitting your shipping information. The shipping information is very important to submit, but if ever you need to change it you can do so by editing your order in BackerKit. We'll keep that option open until we're just about ready to ship, so you've got a while to make adjustments. If you need assistance changing your address, don't hesitate to reach out to BackerKit for support!
After you enter your shipping information and confirm it, you'll be taken to the Confirmation Screen. Here, you'll confirm all of the information you've entered so far (you can also make changes!) and if necessary, make payment.
Note that even though you'll be entering your payment information here, you will NOT be charged for shipping until next year. (We will update you all in a future official update with this exact date, but for now, it’s too soon to schedule.)
NOTE: PAYPAL will not be an option for payment with this pledge manager.
It's a good idea to bookmark the completion page so you can easily access the pledge manager. In the top right corner, you'll see "Edit your Order," which is vital if you need to make changes after submitting your information. You may need to update shipping details and payment information or edit your pledge responses before the pledge manager closes.
And that’s it! You have successfully completed your pledge manager, and you can leave the rest of the work to us! At this time, we do not have an exact date as to when we will close the pledge or take payment for shipping. Rest assured, we will post those precise dates in a future update. We will focus on launching and assisting with any help requests for now.

Once again, thank you for making our project a reality! We've got a few quick updates for you.
PLEDGE MANAGER
First, before we can kick off production and fulfillment, we will open our BackerKit Pledge Manager, which is what allows you to manage your rewards and tell us where to ship them (don't worry - you can update your shipping address at any time before the game ships!).
You'll receive a BackerKit survey within the next two weeks.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a username or password to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. Just fill it out and that's it! It is important to submit your responses because we need this information to process your rewards.
We're using BackerKit because it makes everything easier. You'll have the opportunity to add additional rewards to your current pledge, and it helps us to make your shipping process seamless.
If you want to go back to update your shipping information, change your survey responses, or purchase add-on items, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (That page will be live after we send the surveys out.)
Note: If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact us.
